i climb alot out side and i went to the gym a couple days ago and lost alot of the skin off my hands. is thier any way i can condition them to prevent this?

Not to condition, but for some hand repair try shea butter. You will be amazed at how within 1-2 days that nasty granite scuff is gone. Particularly try and get the shea from Uganda (not from W. Africa) - its sold in schmancy eco - cosmestics stores

I ussually just throw some tape over the lost skin and drop down the difficulty alittle bit. You build up tough enough skin really quick so I wouldn't really worry too much about it.
