I agree, useless with no information. It should be updated or deleted. But no one can delete them, so they go on living a horrible life with no information. Hopefully the next website edition will allow some more editing options.

I could be completely wrong, but I think I remember something about this from when I was an admin. Is there an area at Wofford Rock called the Schoolhouse? Or something like that? If so, yes, it's closed. The land owners contacted us and asked that it be removed entirely. I thought we had agreed to leave it in with a closed notice, as you mentioned above. Again, I may be thinking of an entirely different area. Anywho, the information you're requesting is editable by normal users. It would certainly be a good idea, however, to ensure the access isn't dodgy before doing so.

Well, it's not always editable by any users. Sometimes people lock down their sections. and what's worse is that if someone accidently makes a mistake and wants to remove a section, or route, there is no way of doing so. So, yeah, hopefully the new RC will allow for deletion of accidental things.

Very true, but the subject of this thread is editable. And those cases where things are locked, you can still contact an admin or the area manager to request a change. I also have high hopes for the new RC.com, not the least of which is pure, raw, unfettered, burning speed. :)
