There are a lot of ways you can do what you want (not exclusive to a gym, and many better options):

Try these articles:

search "training for ice" in these forums

wrap your picks in duct tape and tak of you poons for use in the gym

I've got a board in my garage with strips of plywood screwed to it for the picks. Works great, and the only "Ice" climbing I'm doing right now

Go find the local baseball diamond and climb the chain link fence with your tools and crampons. Great workout.

Crampons make it too easy. Try it with boots and no crampons. Hard! (boot toes don't fit in the fence holes)
