i have a pain on the bottom(palm side)of my forearm which hasnt gone away for 2 days now.at first i thought it was just stiff muscles but really starting to doubt that now.it only hurts(and really hurts)if i bend my wrist downwards(starting from palm facing downward position) and then bend my fingers inwards to touch my palm.the pain is concentrated in the middle of the forearm and only hurts when i actually try bend my finger,not so much when i just bend the wrist.if you try you will actually feel the part that is hurting me moving.been icing it,heating,rubbing arnica,massaging etc and hasnt helped at all.any1 been so unlucky as to have experienced this and know what it could be.just come back from an a2 pully injury and am really  off with all this injury crap.seems like some1 out there gets alot of pleasure from seeing me suffer
