All right all you history buffs....... I recently found a 1st edition of "Mountaineering Freedom of the hills" in an old dusty closet. That in it self is AWESOME, but what I want to know is....... It is signed "Esten J. Atwood May 17, 1963" Now does that name mean anything (if so who is he) or is it just some random guy writing in a book??? thanks for any info.......... cheers Dan

My bookcase was handy so I looked: No such name in the indexes for Ament's Wizards of Rock Setler's Way's to the Sky or Jones Climbing in North America. DMT
