Well I've been climbing for about 9.5 months and I've been looking for a good workout. Since April - May I've decided to really pick up my training. Climbing outside once a week and doing work indoors 2x a week. One day I've been doing laps and aerobic climbing. The other day I was working on 4x4's but my gym was always changing the boulder problems so I spent half my time learning new problems and often times it was difficult to find 4 problems in my range that weren't occupied. The 4x4's felt like a pretty decent workout with a little bit (very little) of DOMS. However, last night I tried the H.I.T. Workout. It was SUCH a good workout and for the first time in about 6 weeks my forearms actually feel sore the next day. So if you are looking for a new workout that will work on Power and I'd say power-endurance, look up the H.I.T. workout.
