acutely injured my wrist 3 months ago pulling on a pocket with my ring and middle fingers.felt sore across the back middle of my wrist(tendon/ligaments?),especially when i pick up a cooler or try to hold something out with weight on the end, like a wood axe. its a bit better but still aches. trying to avoid a doctor visit. any advice, similar injuries out there?
