There was this other time, when I went to a concert in Toronto on a party bus. Won't say what was ingested while on the way there, but it was on paper. Went to the concert, met some guys, missed the party bus back and ended up with these guys at a party in Toronto. Was there for 2 days before I was so burned out I needed to come home.
This was in the days before cell phones (yes a loong time ago) and my friends who got back on the party bus had no idea where I got to. Thank god they didn't report me missing!
Your kids PMed!!!

What about the time you were smoking weed at that concert and Bruce got mad at you?

haha, do tell. This already sounds like a winnerLaugh

Not much to tell. Bruce is the hubby who doesn't agree with the way I used to live my life lol He saved me from self destruction (huge exhageration but you get the idea) So when I slipped back to the dark side at a concert he was none too happy. But he got over it. Cuz he wuvs me Angelic

It looks like a winter wonderland outside right now. The snow is blowing around like crazy. Though there isn't to much of it. And it is just barely freezing.

Hopefully it will get cold tonight.

It will. Today is the only "warm" day. And thats only because its snowing and the ceiling is low. Tomorrow will be colder

Or maybe it just formed really fast or your idea if in and someone else's is very different.

I'm guessing territoriality.

Trying to change my diet. had a protien shake for breakfast today. yogurt, frozen blueberries, milk and protien powder. Was pretty tastey and surprisingly filling.
I bet Bruce enjoyed the protein shake too. It is a great way to wake up in the morning. Sounds like a nice breakfast afterwards.

on a serious note, when I used protein powder I gained a lot of weight, and the weight wasn't as much muscle as I would have liked. To burn off all that requires a lot of exercise. So, I recommend less then the full dose of protein powder. Even if it is your goal to put on weight, it seems unhealthy to change that quickly.

What is the reason for the change in diet? I have been paying stricter attention to my diet. Now, since I am aware, I am making better decisions without any extra effort. I guess you could call that a diet.

Hrmm interesting about the protien and extra weight. Not what I am trying to do. Instead of carbs for breakfast which give you the spike in energy the protien and berries will last all morning, which it did.

just trying to eat better to feel better and cut out the sugar. I eat a lot of sugar.
oh, I see

most guys use protein shakes when they are trying to bulk up.

Don't hate.

my "beard" is so patchy that it is a goatee:

yes, I had bleached my hair and beard 2 weeks prior to that picture.

I grow about 20 hairs outside of the goatee portion that is obvious. The really sad part is that the goatee portion is not thick enough to actually wear as a goatee. It looks like my lifelong dream of wearing a handlebar mustache will never come to fruition.
