I thought people that got fired up about it were in the minority. I'm not sure if it was ice wine, but it comes in a bottle like icewine, anyway, we got some good stuff from NS. interesting. Not really. It has a high alcohol content...... didn't know that Don't quote me. I think it does though. Not super high, but maybe twice normal wine. you made me go look it up: wikipedia wrote: Ice wine usually has a slightly lower alcohol content than regular table wine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_wine I told you not to quote me!! I could have sworn it had a high percent.

Trying to change my diet. had a protien shake for breakfast today. yogurt, frozen blueberries, milk and protien powder. Was pretty tastey and surprisingly filling. I bet Bruce enjoyed the protein shake too. It is a great way to wake up in the morning. Sounds like a nice breakfast afterwards. on a serious note, when I used protein powder I gained a lot of weight, and the weight wasn't as much muscle as I would have liked. To burn off all that requires a lot of exercise. So, I recommend less then the full dose of protein powder. Even if it is your goal to put on weight, it seems unhealthy to change that quickly. What is the reason for the change in diet? I have been paying stricter attention to my diet. Now, since I am aware, I am making better decisions without any extra effort. I guess you could call that a diet. Hrmm interesting about the protien and extra weight. Not what I am trying to do. Instead of carbs for breakfast which give you the spike in energy the protien and berries will last all morning, which it did. just trying to eat better to feel better and cut out the sugar. I eat a lot of sugar. Berries are sugar.

obsessed wrote: chossmonkey wrote: It looks like a winter wonderland outside right now. The snow is blowing around like crazy. Though there isn't to much of it. And it is just barely freezing. Hopefully it will get cold tonight. It will. Today is the only "warm" day. And thats only because its snowing and the ceiling is low. Tomorrow will be colder Holyshit, I went out to check on the ice today and went down into the ravine and the wind started blowing and the snow started coming down like crazy. It was almost a whiteout. The ice is coming along, but it will still need a while. Nothing has touched down yet. Hopefully the water doesn't get all locked up. It wasn't really forming well in a couple of spots I figured it would be.
