Ah yes, the old trick of keeping ice to yourself. Iceclimbers are very bad for that.

Or maybe it just formed really fast or your idea if in and someone else's is very different.

I'm guessing territoriality.

WHoo!
Didn't you just get some new screws?

And what are you putting on your shaft s to make them sticky?

That is a job for later on today. I got homework to do beforehand.
Answering my two simple questions?
yes i did get new screws
No i don't have balls/experience to lead yet.
Stickies will come later today.

Again, why are you telling us this??

Full disclosure.
See Kelly, some people know how to do it.

Trying to change my diet. had a protien shake for breakfast today. yogurt, frozen blueberries, milk and protien powder. Was pretty tastey and surprisingly filling.
I bet Bruce enjoyed the protein shake too. It is a great way to wake up in the morning. Sounds like a nice breakfast afterwards.

on a serious note, when I used protein powder I gained a lot of weight, and the weight wasn't as much muscle as I would have liked. To burn off all that requires a lot of exercise. So, I recommend less then the full dose of protein powder. Even if it is your goal to put on weight, it seems unhealthy to change that quickly.

What is the reason for the change in diet? I have been paying stricter attention to my diet. Now, since I am aware, I am making better decisions without any extra effort. I guess you could call that a diet.

Hrmm interesting about the protien and extra weight. Not what I am trying to do. Instead of carbs for breakfast which give you the spike in energy the protien and berries will last all morning, which it did.

just trying to eat better to feel better and cut out the sugar. I eat a lot of sugar.
Berries are sugar.

Yes, natural sugar that don't have a high GI #. I mean the bad sugars
High Fructose Corn Syrup is t3h bomb.

exactly. and blueberries are high in antioxidents

Kind of silly to drive 8 hours for a shower.
You can try out your new grips on the mixed routes here after.

This whole conversation is starting to sound really kinky
How about this?

I have one that I wouldn't mind you playing with. I have small hands and the shaft is just too damn fat to hold on to comfortably! Its the red one with the rubber handle.

Actually I hate that phase of bleached hair, but I love it after it grows out. My uncle looks similar to me and started doing it to his hair. I haven't been able to do it lately because I can't get a month to grow it out. I think I should stay respectable until I have a job secured.

I may stop doing it though. One month of looking bad only to have about a month and a half of looking cool. (and highlights look gay. I am not going to do that as an alternative.)
