I think white would take 2 more times. My aunt did it for me. She had to do it twice with real hair stylist bleaching stuff.

Bright blue....it faded pretty quick and it looked like I took one too many swims at an indoor pool  . I enventually wised up and dyed it to a bluish black, which was a little harsh for me, but my hair is almost black so it wasn't too bad.

The only real danger is making your hair too fragile and it might break off. If this is a possible problem for you, you can help by waiting a day inbetween repeat dosing. For me, this wasn't ever a problem though.
