Huh?

What is so hard to understand about this whole topic?? I mean that HFCS is not as bad for you as sucrose. Isn't it made from corn???
edumacate me
HFCS is made from corn, but it is so refined it is the ultimate evil of sugar. It is very sweet and addictive. It makes it hard for your bidy to read the chemicals that tell you when you are full so you keep gorging. It is likely why so many people in the States are so ridiculously fat. It is in almost every thing over there.

Next time you are in the States bring back a can of your favorite soda, pop, or what ever you call it, and get a can of it from Canada. First compare the ingredients. Then do a taste test.

Remind me tonight and I can give you an article to read about it.
^^^obviously knows way more about it then me in my earlier post.

I took him as being sarcastic.
no, sarcasm.

I only know the standard prejudices against all things that are processed, and I know HFCS is the most used sweetener by far. Everything else I read in the wiki just prior to posting. (and I only skimmed the wiki)

told you he wasn't being sarcastic. if that was typed by doc it would have been sarcastic, but not mb

I just found out ice climbing might degenerate into that this weekend. Which should be interesting since I don't ski.

Skillset-wise it would be nice to have, but I'm not driving 4 hours for it.

I don't blame you.

Yeah, I figure I'll learn sometime...if necessary...maybe...

Hopefully this ice thing will work out, I don't want to have to go all the way to the daks for it...might come to that.

Any big plans for the weekend?

Not really. daughter has 3 ice times so I put my hockey mom hat on. I will be away for 4 days next weekend so the guilt factor keeps me around the house this weekend

I asked them last night. Guess the ice isn't really good around here yet. And the weekend is going to be above freezing, which might be good for the ice to form.

You must use homemade wooden Ninja arrows. Aluminum arrows stick into the next one. I'm not sure what Carbon arrows do. Probably just break off the nock.
I was a poor farmboy, I couldn't afford aluminum arrows or a compound bow

you must have shot a decent amount to do it that many times.

My dad competed in archery at a national level a bunch of times. So, I did a fair amount of shooting myself too.
I lived on a farm, so if I wasn't working I had a lot of free time as a kid with no way into town.

I used a 45lb recurve, I've always wanted a compound though.
Yea, I always used compound bows with sights and all the other whirly-gigs too.
Cheater!!!
Compound bows are cool
So are crossbows
