You must use homemade wooden Ninja arrows. Aluminum arrows stick into the next one. I'm not sure what Carbon arrows do. Probably just break off the nock.

you must have shot a decent amount to do it that many times.

My dad competed in archery at a national level a bunch of times. So, I did a fair amount of shooting myself too.
I lived on a farm, so if I wasn't working I had a lot of free time as a kid with no way into town.

I used a 45lb recurve, I've always wanted a compound though.
Yea, I always used compound bows with sights and all the other whirly-gigs too.
Cheater!!!
Compound bows are cool
So are crossbows
Yeah, I suppose compound bows would be cheating to some, but peep sights and all that are completely like cheating. I don't know if I have ever shot a recurve that had a high enough draw weight for hunting. The relief you get with a compound is really nice. I suppose it is more of an advantage when hunting than target shooting though since target shooting you just pull aim and release. You don't have to wait for the animal to move just a little so you can get a clear shot.
Hunting with a recurve is a pain, I was a better shot than anyone I hunted with but I used a recurve and they used a compound and I never bagged a deer.
