Speaking of which....Kelly, did you say Brent was starting those wysteria seeds for me or something? I think you're also able to start those from cuttings...which I might grab from you too. You have any clematis you can part with? I've got some morning glory seeds and a few already on the go if you're interested in a few. And Nathan helped me to put on the garden fence last night (or maybe I should say I helped him). I'm starting to get some thing on the go, but I still need to make up my trellises for my cucumbers and such. You should grow your self some tomatos in containers. Yes the wisteria seeds are started for you and I can cut my vine if it works that way too. I'll trade you those for the morning glory seedlings. I thought you were going to grow me some tomatoes? sorry but the fucking rabbit ate my clematis in the back and the two I have at the side I like. Wheres the email about climbing? You guys off to the red this weekend? Anyone ever climbed in Rifle CO? edit to fix typos before the grammer nazis get me There are only Cheesetit nazis in here. Maybe Brent can put the rabbits head on a steak. Rifle? Do you think we are a bunch of sportclimbers? I don't know if there would be much for you to do there. I guess the climbing is kinda weird. A lot of compression between holds I've heard. I've not been there myself yet. It was always on the list but time constraints and weather.. Thats what I wondered. Looks like the grades are all pretty high. I am just itching to go somewhere new and have some free vacation time around the july long weekend. Any suggestions? With the price of gas I think its okay to justify a flight somewhere. We don't kill bunny rabbits at our house. I just bitch and complain about them

I guessI should check the weather and see if Sat is going to be good or not to get out. If so I don't think I'll bother with the gym. Are you stuck at work from now on till 5pm, or are there any days coming up where you can get off a little early and head to the glen? Regardless you should come over and climb on the home wall. I know I'm working on Sunday, but maybe I'll be able to swing another half day at work and get out Sunday afternoon again. I should be at work until 5, but I don't really give a shit and will leave to go to the glen. But having said that, I have commitments every night this week. Saturday looks like rain. Sunday is going to be the nice day. Cooler and sunny. You should just work a half day or work Sat and not sunday. IMO

Its kinda the same sort of reason Colt 45 and Old E only come in 40's because you can't just drink one? And I can walk three blocks in any direction right now and get a pounder of colt 45. Because if you are drinking that shit you need way more than a couple 12oz. cans. I found a place that sells sixers of the pibs... And i need one today. Rough day? Strange. The mental images from today will haunt me for a long time to come. Catching babies again, huh? Much, much worse.

I am at werk. lame. Yeah i was out clipping bolts. i'm toasted now. Yeah I was out picking up garbage at the crag then climbing. got sun burned There was plenty of garbage to be picked up at Nemo, and there was no sunburn to be had. Did you pick up garbage though? And did you win free stuff? I said, "Hey, there is some garbage Toady could have picked up." and "Its to bad Party Girl is picking up garbage that someone else would have picked up if she would have come here to pick up the garbage that nobody is going to pick up. As to winning "free" stuff. I didn't pay $10 to go pick up garbage instead of climbing. I did RP a couple of 12s first go even though I botched them a bit. It was a bit like flashing them with bad beta. I also climbed and downclimbed your project in my approach shoes. Twice. Without resting except in the time it took to pull the rope. My new approach shoes don't climb as well as my 5.10's did. And yes, I did pick up some garbage. You sound like Angry. "Not that there's anything rong with that." Because I can't remember the beta from routes I did last fall? More the bit about Toady's project and the approach shooz. What kind of approach shoes did you get? Angry climbs Toadys projects to? Some Sportiva cheepies. Im' not sure the model. I think they were discontinued or something at MEC they were $20. I don't think they are actaula approach shoes even. The rubber on them isn't actual climbing rubber. But dude, they have FriXion rubber! It's gotta be good....they spelt it with an X! Yeah but they have three or four different types of frixion rubber.

wanderlustmd wrote: I've always had good luck with 5.10. I think the mocs are pretty hard to beat price/performance-wise, which is why I've stuck with them. They are a good all-arounder. They are not the greatest for precise edging, granted, but work pretty good on most stuff. I'm still curious about Evolve, though. Acopa, as well. Did your Pontas-equivilants stretch much? 5.10 kinda lost me when they started fucking up their sizing. I have three pairs of the Velcros and they all fit way differently. On top of that you go from one shoe to the next and there is no correlation between the sizes. I used to get a new pair of Mocs every year with my REI dividend. With the discount and the dividend I normally didn't have to pay much for them. I don't think the velcor Evolves I have stretched much. But they must have a little since they don't hurt my heal anymore.
