Hey my name is Kelly Collins i am a climber from Ohio but I know some beginner climbers that live in Conneticut that woule like to get out to climb or practice in a gym. I was wondering if there are any clubs or gyms offering classes to beginners. Thanks!

Depends where you are in CT. Both the Cliffs in Valhalla NY and The Rock Club in New Rochelle would be good choices if you are in southwestern CT. Not sure about Eastern CT.

2 places i know are prime climb which is in south west ct but the place i go to and is amazing is stone age and they can show you how to lead and they have top rope and trad lessons to

yes, the Connecticut Rock Gym at: http://www.ctrockgym.com/
and The Rock Club in New Rochelle NY has all lessons, meetup groups (great way to learn to climb and meet folks to do it with), an adult climbing league, a Bouldering circuit League...

Both are nice places, where to go may depend on where you are in CT.
