I feel you Jay. i hope that outside of this crap, the people I meet while actually climbing are pretty humble, helpful, and have interesting things to say.

This is what happens most of the time, so I'm cool with climbers for now.

Ill treat them that way Only if I deem them equal to or superior to my self. Wink

I think using correct spelling and grammar makes me feel more superior than climbing ever would.

Feeling up another dude makes you gay. Or at least bi. Not that there is any thing wrong with that.

Solid contribution there. Strong work.

It's spelled gay, not ghey. Afraid of a perma-ban?

Its all relative.
I don’t agree or disagree. We in many ways need to be the best in our heads to know we can do something. When we are in doubt of ourselves/abilities we can fail at something we are more than capable of doing.

But thank god there are dorks to correct our grammar for us. What would we ever do ????? Die n00b die……Tongue

In my case, it is not "a false sense of superiority". My superiority over other human beings is a simple fact.

And climbing has nothing to do with it. I was born this way.

My climbing-bred sence (sic) of superiority prevents my being afraid of anything.

It's not climbing per se that generates a false sense of superiority to others, it's posting on the internet.

Since when does calling someone gay get a perma ban?

And it is "ghey" depending on the usage.

Is this now a mandatory politically correct disclaimer when discussing homosexuality? I must have missed that memo.

I chickened out of an easy climb the other day and didn't feel superior. I guess that's what 4 spine surgeries in 2 years does to your confidence.

But I am getting back into my old climbing routine and soon I [will] be superior to you all. HA HA HA HA HA!
