How can i improve my ring locks and thin hands..?

besides climbing...no cracks here...ak ...but I want to train for the valley.

You're going to want deeper fixture than that if possible. Ideally one that's deep enough that you can't grab the back edge of the board when jamming.

I built a crack-thing that I use like a hang board. It helped my off-fingers, ring-locks, and tight hands dramatically. It's pretty simple and cheap to make, too.
