Back up to 90% ROM with that left shoulder but I am still pretty weak with it. I can lead WI3 and I strugglre on a 5.8 but I too will soon be back to 100%.
Yep, my wrist has some ligament problem that really stops me from sticking gastons with my left hand, If I move wrong it is very painful. But if I choose my climbs well I can still climb as hard as before.
My left shoulder is all out of whack. Apparently my acromion never fused with my scapula and now I need to have the two pieces of bone screwed together. It doesn’t cause any actual damage to my shoulder other than creating mind numbing pain caused from two pieces of bone (acromion and clavicle) bumping into each other.
In November I get to have two titanium screws put in with the hopes it will fuse my acromion and scapula. The funny thing is that my condition only happens in 15% of the population and of that 15% less than 5% experience any pain. I am of the firm belief that god hates me and does not want me to climb anymore.
Yup, shoulder is out of whack in some as yet unknown fashion. Serious acute pain when doing any motion involving backwards shoulder shrugs. Oh, and lat tendon and teres major tendons strained as well. Seeing my DO again on Apr. 6. Hopefully he will put it back together correctly, i'll give it a few weeks, then i'll start PT and easy climbing again. <fingers crossed>
