Yet another knee post.
I boulder a lot and lately i woke up and had a very sore knee. It just hurted but i could not localize the pain. I dint twist it and there is not praticular movement that increse the pain.

So for the last 2 monthes i slow down on bouldering (downclimbing) and repleced running by cycling.

It got better but stil not good. Anyone had a similar injury. It,s not e jumpers knee as the patell tendon does not hurt at all.

I dint want to see a doctor because the pain is very unspecific.

Go to a sports specialist or chiropractor you knucklehead. No one can tell you what it is from your description without an examination. If you want to gamble with it, you can just wrap it up when you climb with a knee brace and let the scar tissue fill it in. It may get better. How much climbing time do you want to lose? If they offer you pills, find somebody else to look at it, they will not be able to help you.
