Hi, So, I have some shoulder pain and I'm trying to figure out what exactly it is. It happened, as far as I can tell, when I was pushing down on something. Kneeling on the ground, elbows locked, pushing downward. That was yesterday morning. Now, my shoulder has sharp pain with certain movements. Extending my arm all the way out and making a big circle hurts when my hand gets to about eye level in both the front and back (back moreso). Washing my hair was difficult and painful. There is little to no pain, however, with doing pull ups or push ups. I just can't believe I would have hurt myself doing something so benign, but the pain is very sharp. At first I thought it diminished overnight, but I don't believe that it did. I assume right now that it is some sort of minor tendon pull or tear. Any ideas? Thanks for the help
