"unwarranted" says who? What did you do? I mean be honest; we have all shit in our mess kit at one time or another. How did you piss the mgmt off so bad? I once worked at a climing gym and I found it, and the entire 'scene', really tolerant of a bunch of different folks. Like there were a lot of climbers from single-parent homes!@! Some might have even had a criminal record for all I know. I mean some of the guys had tatoos and piercings which obviously means that they were bad news. One guy even had long hair! I know, I know disgusting but whatever. Carry on, jefro

Until we know all the details, I stand by my recommendation to get nekkid.

Climbing is my passion so regardless of the inappropriate behavior of the manager I still would like to be a member of the gym. Is there any action or recourse i can take to get back in the gym? What the FUCK is going on with RC.com. Are you codefrog?

Haha. why would you want to stay there anyways? sounds like the manager has it out for you. why climb in a tension filled environment? To make gym climbing as real as possible. Is't having a gym manager giving you the death glare the same as trying to clip from a shitty crimp after a 30 foot runout?

Maybe a little off topic but are the ABC stores in North Carolina considered “public places”? Aren’t they owned and operated by the state? They definitely have the right to refuse service to anyone don’t they?

Where is Inigo Montoya when you need him? I could have used his help taming those out of control "ladies" at Tattoo wall a few weeks back.

Could have something to do with what you're wearing while climbing. Depending on who you're talking to it might have been wildly inappropriate or the height of fashion.

If it covers the equivalent of a bathing suit may be unattractive but not inappropriate enough to get you banned. Sweetie, you did something; no gym, owner I know is going to turn away a customer for no reason.

Maybe the whale tail of a thong above the low-riding pants as well. That does not look comfortable to me.....but if "visible underwear" were grounds for banning, some of the guys would have to go, too. Same with shirtless guys and sports bras. Fair is fair.

I can't just up and move yet, so if I want to climb my only viable option is getting back into this gym. There would be no tension on my part. Even before being banned I had stopped going to the gym if I knew that the manager would be there. I didn't want any problems I just wanted to climb. Same thing now. I can overlook unwarranted banning, or set aside the slander they have committed. I JUST WANT TO CLIMB!!! save your overpriced gym membership for a few months and build your own climbing wall. then you wont have to pay anymore at all. screw those guys Or: buy some Rock Rings. Get strong as hell. With the money you saved by not going to the gym and wasting money on Red Bull from their vending machine, move somewhere with lots of rocks.
