whats the best exercises to do with weights to get strength in climbing? not to much access to a wall but go every other week. but want to build up body to climb longer. thx

lockoffs, frenchies, levers (or some adaption), planches, rows, finger curls, wrist curls, situps. of course, you shouldn't actually expect to become a better climber from doing any of these exercises. but if you don't have many options, you might suffer a shorter learning curve by being more fit.
