No, but I wish you well. We just had one out here at Stone Gardens gym in Seattle, with about 200 competitors, ranging in age from about 8 or 9 to me, age 52. It was really fun. Pull hard! Betsy

Oh, I neglected to say in my previous post that a whole bunch of Canadian climbers came from B.C. to the Stone Gardens comp, and really showed their stuff. Sean McColl was among them, although he didn't win his division, but I'll bet the guy who did, or maybe the top finishers, were Canadian. Betsy

Anyone who's planning on going had better pre-register. There's only 85 places and 80 have already been filled. Give the gym a call at (519) 966 -ROCK. Only five days left to train!

Hey that should be a new level of comp. Different serverity of drukeness. I can see it out. "I on sited the V1, and I've had 24 shots, and I didn't puke!" Now that's accomplishment.

For what? Fourth place sucks- I must begin a stronger training regimen for the Michigan comps.

I guess it's all relative to the other climbers competing with you. If you believed you were stonger than the rest of the climbers and came 4th then it would be a dissapointment for you, but if there were boulderers that were by far stronger than you and you came fourth then that is a great place to finish. So I must say that the comp in Windsor was my first... learned a lot and got to hang out with some amazing people. My excellent partner Mark (aka fiend) pulled through and showed me the "ropes" (or lack thereof in this case)... So Mark, when you ask why you were crazy enough to leave at 6:15am to drive to a comp three hours away...the answer is cuz you got to hang out with litlabbs all day
