Sungam, honestly, why are you posting here? Why is every third post in every forum yours? It's not a contest. Relax.
Well, on this page I was messing with Bryan then arranged to go climbing with Squishy while I was in Sacramento. Unfortunately we never hooked up and now I'm back in Scotland.
Why are you posting here? Just to try to make a point? Are my conversational pots detracting from your e-climbing experience?

Magnus is like the Animal House / Frat greeter. If the person mentions climbing - he asks them about climbing. If they are aguementative he takes them by the hand to the Soap Box and introduces them to Adam, dungus, PTC, curt, reno, and Toast.

+1 for oatmeal. You can't keep grits in a sporran, they are nutritionally inferior, and less versatile. I do love me some grillard and grits, Polenta, or even whole hominy and I am not the biggest fan of oatmeal; but objectively oatmeal is superior.

Did I do that right?

Hey everyone. I've been reading threads here for awhile, a lot of useful information and even more entertainment.

I've taken an intro class and spent some noob time belaying. I'm taking a beginners technique class next week at my local gym.

I climb about 3-4 days a week for 1-2 hours depending on how I feel. I'm trying to avoid injury while I let my body develop and adapt to climbing.

Personally I was in the Army for a stretch and currently am an EMT in Oregon. Other miscellaneous debauchery I'm into include Jujutsu, Jeepin', drinking good beer and whiskey and hiking with the little lady.

I look forward to meeting people as I grow into my climbing skin.

*raises glass of Inversion IPA*

Cheers!

My name is Mike, I'm 30 and have always been fascinated by climbing. I begain climbing when I was 12 or so w/ family friends, but stopped after a couple years of that. I recently began to dive into it again after my girlfriend and I took a class in Joshua Tree, CA. We live just over an hour away from the climbing there and are very excited to continue our climbing experiences.

I enjoy climbing outdoors primarily, but have a couple indoor gyms within 20 minutes or so.

I am primarily interested in traditional climbing, but not too interested in extremely high wall climbing. At this point, I am looking primarily at nothing more than a 4 or 5 pitch climb. Of course things change and so could my outlook, but like stated above, I'm a rookie and have little to no idea what I'm talking about yet....Smile
