i've tried uploading pics in my profile and just now tried a pic in a post. it tells me that my file is too big. I now this isn't a RC.com specific problem but I'm not sure how to make them smaller. Any help? Thanks.

ok, thanks. that worked. but now i can't figure out how to actually get the picture into the post. if i add it as an attachment it won't show up in the post right?
