Turn onto logtown road, cross the bike trail, go downhill, there will be a big parking area on the left, the furthest end of the parking area is just big enough to pull a car off the road. Directly across the road you will find stone steps, follow them up to the bike trail and turn left on the trail, there will be fence on your right. Within 25 yards of when the fence ends you will see more stone steps and a path leading up to the rocks. This time of year with no leaves you can see the rock from the road and the bike path.
