Hey guys, do you know of any good climbing technique/tactic videos or books? I am looking for something where climbing techniques are explained and showed so that you can actually see how it is supposed to look like. Cheers, Adan

a simple search of this website for "training book" got me this: http://www.rockclimbing.com/...ning%20book;#1171131 It's 8 pages of people discussing the only book anyone on this forum will recommend that you read. Seriously. On this website someone types the words "self coached climber" approximately every 16 seconds.

yeah SCC includes a DVD, not sure what else you would want in a DVD. Some people swear by Horst's training for climbing i think it's called? Really the SCC has all the info you're going to need for a while

I bought Part 1 & 2 of Masterclass with Neil Gresham. It was OK. It covers a lot of ground, some basic and some more advanced, but nothing is gone into in extreme detail.

It is.. no way you can goto a gym on peak time (and thats the time most people go.. duh) and do most of the stuff in scc. Even trying to do a 4x4 in relitively crowded gymg results in constently changing your routes becouse other people start using a previus one or their waiting to use it. Treversing was also a big chunk of the activitys in scc, thats also not possible unless your a selfish basterd.
