This is for anyone that hasn't climbed or even came to my state You know I think the sandstone here is some of the most beautiful rock I've ever saw in my life. So Before you knock it come try it.

Who are you talking about. The New River Gorge is widely known as an excellent climbing area. Anybody who is knocking W. Virginia lives in a hole in the ground.

I've climbed at The New twice (Labour day 2000 and May 24 2001), both times the rock was wet. I saw a lot of really good routes that I want to go back and get on. What time of the year is the best? [ This Message was edited by: sparker on 2001-11-08 19:33 ]

I climbed at the New and thought there was some great routes. Seneca is an awsome place to climb. The rock is Supreme.
