Hi, about a month ago I was bouldering near Mammoth, CA going for a dyno move when I felt a pop in my right wrist. The pain was not excrutiating but it does hurt whenever I try to climb on it. I have taken it easy since the accident but want to begin training hard again. Has anyone else experienced this? and how have you delt with it?

Go see an orthopedist, or a good, exercise based PT, or a certified hand therapist. You need a closer look.
