Can't Post

Hi.

I've determined a position that triggers a pain in my arms. When on a problem near my limit, matching on the sides of a hold shaped like a trapezoid (palms/forearms almost facing each other, about 5-9 inches apart) causes pain over the course of a couple tries. It also happens if two different holds are near each other that creates a similar setup. The further apart they are, the easier it is on me. It will build up until I stop trying the specific movement, and go away in 30 minutes or less.

As long as I steer clear of this kind of setup, I don't have any pain at all. This is what I'm doing now that I've finally identified what it is that is causing the pain. No pain at any other time of the day.

What's going on? Is there any kind of strengthening exercise I can do to correct this problem?
