Im moving from Dallas to Denver I'm just wondering if you guys would have any recommendations like rope lengths belaying devices etc. Thanks!

70m rope (you can cut the destroyed ends and still have a decent length rope), atc guide (guide mode could come in handy in the future, reverso wears out too fast), petzl sama harness if it fits, corax otherwise, a belay biner (screwgate locking hms), quickdraws (camb orbit is my choice, cheapest and lightest non-wiregate ones), some webbing and more biners to set up TR anchors.
The conclusion: get the same gear as you would get for any other crags...

I would get a 60m rope, 70 is too long and heavy.
Reverso 3, it's way better than the atc guide on skinny ropes
corax harness if it fits, otherwise get the sama
a bd gridlock belay biner to avoid the crossloading you get with HMS screwgate biners.
Some quickdraws, either wiregates or petzl spirits. Go light or go all out, right?
Finally, some cordelette and biners for top rope anchors, don't be a n00b and get webbing
Basically the same stuff you would get to climb anywhere else
