The gym I go to uses some something like this to wash the holds. It works great compared to soap and water. The staff enjoy it because it takes way less time and effort to clean the holds, and the holds come out way cleaner.
I don't remember what it is exactly that they use, but they do get So Ill holds, so it could be the same stuff.

just grab some simple green from a hardware store...works great

I've seen the simple green, dishwasher, power wash, carwash, muratic acid etc ideas.
I was just looking to see if anyone was using this stuff, thanks

I've used it before, seemed to work a lot better than soap and water. No clue how much it costs though . . . I don't scrub holds anymore, I only had a brief stint as a gym staff before becoming an instructor.
