Long Dong is the premier area on the northeast coast of taiwan with sandstone cliffs and has sport and trad.

In Taipei there is Big Cannon Cliff in yangmingshan national park.

In the south there is bolted limestone climbing at Guanziling.

Because of a lack of info, I've made a website for rock climbers in taiwan. Check out http://www.taiwanrocks.net for info on these places and more.

Exactly. It's highly compacted sandstone.
