Hello, I will be traveling with my wife and two 9yr old sons to NM. We are looking to do some rock climbing most likely on Sat Mar 30th in Organ Mountains area. We are all beginners - we all just did a few climbs in Tahoe area in CA. Can you please recommend how to find an experienced and reliable guide/instructor who we can hire for a few hours - someone who'd take us to the right spots, have all the equipment, etc.?

I think most of the climbs in the Organ Mountains will take longer than just a few hours. This is the description from Mountain Project:
"Description
This eye-catching mountain range is just east of Las Cruces. There's probably more climbing here than one could do in a lifetime. However, the long approaches over hot and unfriendly desert have kept the crowds away from the climbing here.
Getting There
Approaches can be made from several spots. The Dripping Springs recreation area, The Topp Hutt and Modoc mine rd off of Baylor Canyon rd, and Aguirre Springs campground.
Expect 1-3hrs for the approach and be prepared for desert sun, and plenty of hostile plants."

I don't think you'll find what your looking for at Hueco. It's a bouldering area, and a hard one at that. I doubt there is more than a climb or two your family would be able to get complete, if that many.

I see. Thanks. I thought Hueco has beginner terrain as well. Kids are very athletic and very good for beginners. They managed 5.7-5.9 routes in Tahoe area. I'd appreciate any recommendations for some other suitable and accessible place(s) where we can easily arrange for a guide with equipment - anywhere between White Sands, Albuquerque, Santa Fe.

If you're willing to travel a bit, your best bet might be to hit up red rocks in las vegas.
There are plenty of qualified (AMGA) guide services there and you could easily go out for a few hours and get lots of climbing in.

Unfortunately our schedule is pretty tight. Just have 4 days. Flying into Albuquerque and planning to visit White Sands, Tent Rocks, Bandelier, Santa Fe. So, we wanted to fit in climbing in one of those areas, hopefully without too much extra driving. I'd appreciate any recommendations - beginner level easily accessible place(s) where we can easily arrange for a guide with equipment.

The guide service I posted the link to above can guide you in the Albuquerque area and there is suitable beginner terrain within a reasonable distance.

I don't know John but his prices look pretty comparable to what you might see in other areas nearby.
I'd recommend Marc Beverly, http://www.beverlymountainguides.com not sure what his prices are though. He's a solid guide though.
