I thought it would be better if there wasn't so long of an intro...I mean brewing coffee, driving, throwing your pad through a slot, etc etc etc. Holy shit. Maybe 10 seconds of ONE of those things like preparing the viewer that climbing is coming. Bouldering videos should be about sending as many possible problems in a short time span.

You have a 5 minute video that you only send one problem. Why not send like 20 problems and show us that in 5 minutes?

PS the girl is hot

Gotta echo 5.sam's comment. Two minutes into a five minute vid and we still haven't even seen a rock, much less any climbing?

is your next one in the making??? The rock looks cool.

I thought also we could use the name of the place with the name of the boulder and the grade. Its nice to know these things as a viewer.

more of what everyone else said.

I even skipped through the intro based on what others said and it was still to long.

It's nearly 3 minutes on the dot when he starts climbing. If you're going to edit out anything, I'd get rid of the accelerated driving bit. You already nicely transitioned from the city to the country. Speeding that segment up feels unnecessary and disjointed from the style of the rest of the video. That's not to say the intro couldn't be tightened in other ways, or that the climbing scenes couldn't be expanded to create more balance.

The approach was different, and I appreciate that the video isn't about crushing a huge number of problems. Perhaps showing both climbers trying a different problem or two (and different problems from each other initially), but everything coming into synch for both of them on that specific problem would be a good device?

It's outside of Tum Tum, Washington. Not sure of a name and I would grade it around a 4-6 range

the climbing hold for the cabinet handle was a cool touch, and I second the request for info on the problem. could be added in the credits even.

yes, thank you. As I said, not sure of the name. It's such a low traffic area. It was probably climbed years ago and then every so often ofter that.

5.samahdi and others x 1,000

cool concept, poor execution... more climbing less coffee?

The male took forever to get ready and go, girl wakes up in what seems to be a hotel and just leaves?

Since when do women get ready for ANYTHING faster than men?

It was nicely done though!

It's a video about bouldering, of course you are not going to see any climbing. Wink
