No,no, mes amis! These jokes are not racist, because they denigrate against cultures, not race. At the very worst one could assert that these are in poor cultural taste, but not one has disparaged a particular race at the expense of another. But consider this:
Q: What is the difference between Heaven and Hell?
A: In Heaven, the English greet you at the gate, the Germans organize everything, the French do all the cooking, and the Italians provide the entertainment.
In Hell, the French greet you at the door, the Italians are in charge of organizing eveything, the English do the cooking, and the Germans provide the entertainment!

Yeah, shame on those who would spend the people's money on a huge and expensive defense network that is completely ineffective because it was designed to fight the LAST war. A system that is guaranteed to be useless from its very conception because it completely ignores the obvious ways around it and the new strategic situations the nation really needs to respond to.
