If you dont have any luck here, try this yahoo group. I think there are a few people from rc.com on it.

there are some reasonably hard climbers (Hung, Bob, etc.) on the dc outdoor rockclimbing list; rrradam is now working 6x12's but I've started prodding him to go to Seneca with us next weekend; and Pattray is something of a local hardman too. Mike and Mark at EarthTreks (Seneca regulars both) are good people in your area as well. (I am Bad People in your area...) here is an URL for the mailing list if you have not tried that avenue: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dcoutdoorrockclimbing/ Some folks (for whatever reason) don't think much of the group, but I've been climbing all winter with partners from the list and I have no doubts as to the level of commitment on there. "Gym climbers" do not get up at 4AM to do 3-mile approaches to WI4-and-up ice climbs in 10 degree weather, with the threat of being stranded due to oncoming blizzards. n00bs do not lead 5.10c overhanging chimneys on thin gear after 6 months on the couch. These are good people (IMHO). Some of them even like b0ldering... ;-)
