med student who's sick of climbing by myself in the gym. all the other med students want to do is study, can you believe that??
now that it's nice out, would like to make some trips to devil's lake or mississippi palisades. lately the longest road trip i've been on involved bumper-to-bumper on the kennedy for 2 hrs, arrgh! gotta get outta the city- who's commin' with?

This may or may not help, but since your bummed about road trippen and all... here is the SoIl Summer Beer Fest. Probably not too long a drive but definately a road trip.

Hey, wondering what gym you are climbing at...looks like you're going to UIC....not too far from where I'm at. I can be a gym partner maby if nothing else...

just to empathize with you. Moved out here a couple months ago and have been going to a bouldering gym in the city alone...it gets old. Let me know if you're going outside at all and don't mind climbing with a girl.

Hey I go to the Devils Lake all the time. You should come with. I'm going tomorrow (weather might suck but owe well), next weekend and the weekend after that. I totally understand all the other engineers want to do is study. why study when we could climb.
