The beer ahhh yes. Well, Philly drank his share no doubt. But the real issue is I just don't have any time to brew right now. If I get the C. O. for my house soon I'll be brewing by August. Which would put the first batches done by early Sept.. Just the time for a Pumpkin beer. I still have you addy WILDTAIL. Be assured my friend, I will send you da goods before I partake myself. Remember: The best things in life are worth waiting for ...and so is my homebrew...sometimes.

If you knew what you were talking about, you'd know that the field mouse is the most masculine and murderous figure in native american folklore.

Honestly, when the brewmaster at the brew supply shop handed me the pumpkin spice recipe, I kind of thought the same thing as fieldmouse. But at 9% alchohol and with the silt still in the bottom cause I only strained it once, it's plenty strong enough ...even for the most murderous character in native american folklore. And it is DAMNED tasty. BTW there are some women out there that can drink me under the table with ease so I don't go around talkin tough much. Maybe if you ask wildtrail real nicey like, he'd give you some FM. Otherwise you can wait til' the Oatmeal Stout or the IPA are done and I'll send you some of them.

"heineken?! - f___ that s___, pabst blue ribbon!" -blue velvet Yeah, it's got a good portion of pumpkin extract in it to give it the taste. Next time though, I am using less sugar, was a little too sweet in the first batch. That quote, that's rad. My friends had this band in college called the mosquitones. One of their songs had a section where everyone in the croud yelled "Heineken ,FTS... Heineken FTS, Heineken FTS... Pabst Blue Ribbon!!!" The crowd always went nuts for that. Thanks for the memory. HAhahah.

Thomas, New Belgium WAS the name of a small brewery in Colorado that used to make great beers from what I hear. It was bought out by a very large beer maker and now mass produces what I like to call "Macrobrews" (Mass produced imitations of proper beer). . Oh yeah, my beer snobbery runs DEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!1
