Has anyone climbed lately at the peabodys or other surronding boulder groups outside of Bishop? If so, what was the weather like? Crowded yet? Thanks!

Weather's coolin' down, but it's still too hot for crowds. Give it a few more weeks.

Nice early in the morning and late at night. I was just there on Saturday 9/27. I agree give it a few more weeks. Head up to Mammoth, there is tons to do there, and the elevation really helps out.

the clark's canyon area offers bouldering in the way of The Tall Boys and Alper's Canyon (featuring fantastic fly fishing opportunities, as well...), deadman's summit is prime during the day, aoelian buttes, and bachars are all prime during the day. buttermilk areas are good from about 3pm til dark, as well as various tablelands areas for evening sessions...
