I'm traveling down the east coast and leaving Durham on the 10th west bound toward Ashville, It would be great if someone wanted to climb 11-18 anywhere in western NC, but I would like to check out looking glass. I'm comfortable leading up to 5.10- trad and 5.11 sport and will try and follow harder things. Hopefully someone wants to climb!!

I'll meet you up there. You might also wanna try Rumbling Bald in my opinion it's better than Looking Glass plus only 20 or 30 miles from asheville.

Hey guys, is there room for a relatively inexperienced newbie to tag along? I'm a competent belayer, I can carry things, and I know first aid pretty well. I... I don't eat much... I could really use a weekend away from school, if you guys could put up with me.

I'm pysched folks want to climb I'll check out anywhere!Linville, rumbling, looking glass ect. I'm in New York now and will be heading south and ready to climb anywhere on the 12th until the 18th-20 somewhere in there, just give me a date and place and I'll be there! thanks again, I can't wait to check out the rock in NC!!
