Just a heads up, but I've got a few auctions that are just about to end, and you could get some killer deals (no pun intended) on the stuff w/o bids... There are a couple of climbing items on eBay as well.

eBay:

The only thing missing is the power tools, and it just so happens that I actually have an extra free-standing drill press!

I'll sell you a bullet trap, so you can shoot in your livingroom...

I designed and built a few trap a couple of years ago, that easily withstood 223 & 44mag rounds at close range. I've even used it when testing some full-auto stuff in my garage. I used to have it my recroom and, would use my pool table for a shooting bench, but my wife didn't like the noise and smoke in the house, so she made me move it to the garage.

I could understand that she didn't like the sound of a 44 mag. Damn Loud. 223, was it for a ar-15 or m-16?

I've never shot Cathy's 44 in the house, as that would be a bit much!
The 223 was in both AR's and M16's -- Also used a 9mm conversion on the 16. -- these also stayed out in the garage, for safety reasons.

The indoor shooting was with a Ruger MK-II, and on rare occassions with 9's, 40's and 45's... Once it was placed in the garage, we hit it with everything!

It's heavy as hell, because I used 3/8" hardened plate to build this. The top is 12" deep, and then drops down at exactly a 45* angle to the base 30" baseplate. There are 3 internal baffles, and behind those, is a sand trap. It weighs just under 100#, that's why there are carrying handles on either side. The whole thing was then powder coated with a textured "carbon black", rather than painted, to resist corrosion.

I have also made a couple of lighter units out of 16ga steel, that were for .22 only!

It's an antique Craftsman floor model, with a cast iron base...

$5 for the drill :)
$50 for the hired labor :?
$500 for the truck freight
$5000 for the hernia operation
Being able to finally get the damn thing out of my garage -- PRICELESS!

I knew a person who laid on the couch and shot 22 at mouse running across trailer floor. His kids were back in the bedroom and his wife was workin. Don't know if that's redneck or not,but in my opinion it ain't smart.

I'm sorry, but technically you can't use those 2 words in the same sentence. Would you like to try again..?

Deliverence -- an old fashioned hillbilly love story, that takes place deep in the highlands of beautiful North Carolina.

It's in northern Georgia on the Chatooga River. The movie helped make it a National Scenic River. With your prostate homour you probably would have enjoyed playing Andy Beaty's role as he squeeled like a pig. :D
