Steve that's only the half of it. Since mine is a Multi family it counts as a business. As such I can deduct the cost of any improvents, any tools bought etc. I can deduct 2/3 of the interst I pay o my mortgage since I don't live in 2/3 of the house. I can deduct milage on my car for every trip to the hardware store..
Snowblower,
Lawnmower,
Extension ladder
deduct deduct deduct
Plus if I spend more on my house than I take in, including the scheduled depreciation, my "small business" loses money and I get further deduction from that.
Abi, Married actually usually HURTS your tax situation. Kids on the other hand... LOVE that tax credit. Bout time the little urchins gave back some :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

just go into your pics, click on the new pic, and right click to get the URL - post it here in the image tags are you're golden! Even if not approved it'll come through! ;) I did that yesterday with the pic of us girls!!!

Afternoon all.
Question for the HTML savvy. I'm trying to put a job description up on our site. It's a long form so I'm trying to cut and paste from a word doc. It works but then won't let me edit it for formatting etc. "cannot edit a binary file" Is this because of the TT fonts or something. Would it work as a stright .txt file?
Edit: Nevermind. Resaved it as a text file and did my cut paste from there no problem. Worked great.
