so I was climbing at the gym the other day, and as I was leaving, I put on my back pack and went to buckle the sternum strap. as I did this, I felt pain in my forearm like it was cramping really badly or something. but then, my thumb wouldnt come unclenched. I was pretty worried, it took quite a bit of force to get my thumb unclenched. I mean, I had to pry it open with my other hand. I tried to make it happen again after that, and It actually kept doing it for a few more minutes if I contorted my arm and hand in the same way, but stopped after maybe 4-6 times. you can mimic my arm position by holding your elbow by your side and then bringing your hand up like your going to buckle the strap and rotate your hand in, if that makes any sense. should I be worried?
