It doesnt tell much of a story, there are too many elements. What is the essence of the story? Maybe you are racing the weather, its cold, he's freaking out. He'll hate you for it. This might tell that story: http://www.akornphoto.com/images/misc/38718.jpg

Odd how the bright yellow of the helmet is distracting to me. I, too, like the orange lichen on the rocks.

The action isn't bad, but we need another element to tell a story. Like, a Harley Davidson on the ground that might explain why the dudes wearing a motorcyle helmet!! UB

Also, I think the framing needs to either exclude much more of the climber or include his whole body. Right now it feels indecisive.

I don't get it. Story? Framing is off (where's the poor lad's foot? and the pack is chopped off), and the choss in the corner is distracting and makes the climb look dangerous and dirty, but not particularly interesting. Ditto for the motorcycle helmet (?!) and big pack- they seem out of place. I don't know if it is or not, and I am not accusing you, but this shot looks posed, like the climber is hanging out for the camera on some scaly roadcut trying to look like a burly mountaineer in a motorcycle helmet.

If this is pitch 6, get this shot a lot wider so we can see some air under the talent's ass. We don't know from looking at it that there's a parking lot ledge under him. Just looks like a parking lot.
