Looking for climbing partner(s) for the Dolimites in early September and then in Sicily (Catania) and Eolian Islands (Panarea) toward the end of the month. I would prefer to do some long trad climbs while I'm in northern Italy but also planned on hitting Arco for a day or two.

Lead trad Gunks .9s, sport a bit harder.

I live in Naples. September is a rough month for me due to work, but I have a British buddy who's always up for going (his boss makes him go climbing- need to get me one of those!). Let me know when you are passing thru and I'll see if I can't get freed up for a day or two.

jw - I'll likely be passing through Naples around the first week of October. I'll PM you once I get to Sicily and have a better idea on dates.

Ross,

I won't get into Trento until the 10th. I'll be there all week so if you stuck around...

Marat,
I will have the 11SEP to climb, my flight back is the 12th. If this works where should we meet? I don't know the area but I have the guide book, "Classic dolomite climbs". How about the Drei Zinnen area? I'm comfortable on 5.10's, and will lead a 11 crux if need be.
