I was wondering if anyone else has noticed any other chipping in Kootnai Canyon, It made me SICK to see that someone chipped a hold on the crux, what a loser

I have never met anyone who has admitted that they think chipping is a good idea...yet it still seems to happen. That sucks.

HA...mabey i could do this route now. the only time i tried it, i couldnt get throught the crux. but i wasnt all that gravy that particular day. i wasnt in very good shape either. im not serious though about the being able to climb it now. Im from great falls and such, and have only climbed in the canyon once. Crappy about the chipped holds and junk though. Just super glue it back on. stuff-n-junk, JOsh

The Brick is also all chipped holds. It a stiff 12 with the chipped holds and I don't think it would have ever been climbed with out it. I don't chip or climb with people who do chip. It happens just spread the word that its not accepted!
