What's the type of climbing?
I've heard trad and sport, but I don't climb trad yet, is it worth going for sport climbing still?
How big? I'm going to assume single pitch.
Is there a guide?
And anything anyone else feels is useful,

Dude,
Mt-St-Grégroire looks like a dump. I wouldn't go there. Actually, almost no climber visit the place anymore. If you're looking for something close to Montreal that has loads of sport routes, go to Rigaud. It's about 45min west on hightway 40. Follow the indication to Mt-Rigaud ski area or have a look here:

Oups! I've seen your images on the Mt-Rigaud area! :shock: Guess you know about the place!
Anyway- St-Grégroire still is a dump! Been there early this summer to see how it looked like, and it's more or less a pit with dynamited rock. Some huge graffities also on the rocks. Not really inspiring... I wouldn't climb there...
So yeah, single pitch - no topo - some sport (not much) mostly top-rope or bad trad.

Indeed,
What I've climbed there (only once) was pretty bad...
Although I think there is more than one spot to climb.
Wont be going back!
