Be there next month for a few days to look at a couple condos and hope to be back in January for the Ice Fest in Ouray and pass papers on said condo and then long weekends and vacations after my trip to Nepal/Tibet in the fall of 2005.

One thing, though.... Everyone in CO does this weird thing with their face where they look at you and curl up the corners of their mouths. I don't get it and it makes me nervous.

It's all in your mind....mind....mind....m i n d.

COOL! Shelf Rd, Cactus Cliff. We'll be arriving on Fri and climbing on Sat. We'll be camping at Sand Gulch. Looks like the weather will be nice on Sat. Partly cloudy and 73 degrees.

I am available for shelf any day this weekend(or any weekend for that matter). Early on Sat (until 1pm) I have a MC rally to go to in Penrose that afternoon. Can't miss the wet t-shirt contest, you know. All day on Sunday, though.

I think he is going to be back this weekend. I am not sure what day exactly, I have not been able to get him on his cell. Sunday sounds good. Do you have our office phone number?

If it is gear you need I can outfit you with enough to get something done at Shelf on Sun. I will also be out there trying to find someone, anyone, to climb with on Sat. If I can't find a local dedicated climbing partner soon I will be selling all of my gear. I have been at it for some time so it should net me enough scratch to buy a gun, which will make my own demise easier.

I take an 8 shoe, need a harness and a belay device and I should be good for the day. Im going to try him today again.

If you do decide to go the morbid route Id be willing to take some of that gear off your hands! I just want to give you some peace of mind in the knowledge that your gear has a new and loving home......not that Im encouraging you or anything.

hey there,

I have much the same problem and have tried to GIVE my gear away - but my so-called friends made me go climbing instead. I'll be spending the next few weekends in the desert, but if you want to make some plans several weeks in advance, I'd be down for that.

PM me, and we'll see what we can work out.
