Hi, I just moved to Anchorage with my gear, but I don't know anyone here! I need someone to climb with, ice, rock, or other. Anyone reply, local or just visiting town.

Don't think you aren't going to be getting any rock in for about 8 months with this snow. There is always the gym. I'm open to pretty much anything. I haven't done any ice climbing, but think it would be fun to learn. It is expensive though. DAMN MONEY!! (or lack thereof)

im with skinny jim i live in anchorage but i havent climbed any ice. i would however be up to learn :) and indoors im in for.

HEY THERE! I have recently moved backe to AK and I am in ANchorage looking for a rock/gym/ice partner...I just want to get going again while keeping the skills up and having some fun. I would like to get to Valdez this season as well as the seward highway...
